I urge you guys to listen to this album, though I'm not a great fan of the 'radio friendly' term, I do think this album fits nicely on the border of that which I think is good. Kaleidoscope Dream is a gem of an album, respectful of. 'Body limb like piano keys, allow me to evoke' is just an example of his clever metaphors that is shown throughout. Following on this three Art Dealer Chic EPs, the young Los Angeles-based R&B singer and songwriter has come into his own. What’s new, though, is the journey the singer has created with these songs.

Miguel teased his second album, Kaleidoscope Dream, with a series of EPs in 2012, with the first - Art Dealer Chic, Volume 1 - featuring his most successful song to date, Adorn. Fans of Miguel are already familiar with much of Kaleidoscope Dream, given its slow-rolling release over the past year. Couple that with Miguels voice - so sugary mate - and a sexy vibe, and youve got basically all you can expect from an R&B album. The title song, kaleidoscopic dream, is one of my favourites from his sophomore album because of the marriage with the instruments, lyrics and vocals. His debut studio album, All I Want Is You, was released in November 2010, featuring the top ten hit All I Want Is You featuring J. With hints of soul, funk, pop, and even rock, Kaleidoscope Dream is, indeed, a kaleidoscope whose impeccable production allows each song to display many details in a flashy, unmessy manner.
